Here are the handouts for my workshops at the CanLead Forum 2010.
I did two workshop:
Session #1
$25, $50, $75, $100 – Building Teams Within All Budgets (download handout here , here is a picture of the whiteboard)
Sometimes money is the limiting factor. This session will cover a variety of activities that can be made or purchased for various budgets. Building a team and a culture is something that will pay dividends for the longterm and should not cost a lot to achieve. There will be four sets of team building equipment that range from $25 to $100 that we will explore to see how we can all afford to build a better team and build better relationships.
Session #2
Pucks For All – Using Pucks For Building Better Relationships (download handout here, here is a picture of the whiteboard)The puck is for more than just hockey. This workshop will explore a variety of games and activities that will help build better relationships and better teams – all with using hockey pucks. Pucks For All is based on the idea that we have simple tools at our finger tips that can helps us understand and appreciate the people around us. Building relationships with pucks will show you that anyone can build a better group with very simple tools.
