What would camps do if enrollment all of the sudden dropped? What would they do if people stopped sending their kids? What would they do if the economy collapsed?

We had a great year at camp this past summer – a 17% increase in camper numbers – that was great – but by no means the norm across the country. Why did we increase? In all honesty – I don't know.
I do know that many other camps did not see that growth.
We always talk about the future as if it were something we have time to prepare for…but what if we didn't get ready?
The future is now – how is your camp adjusting?
